BECOME A MEMBER

Interested in becoming a member rider of the association and taking part in the local motocross events as well as the annual championship with the chance of being crowned Gozo's next motocross champion? It's quick and easy to start motocross with the Gozo Motocross Association.

In order for you to do so, newcomers are required to download and fill a Members Application Form. The form must be delivered by hand or by post to the association's registered address. Members who are under the age of 18, are requested to fill out a Parental/Guardian Consent Form and at least one of the parents/guardians MUST BE PRESENT during the race in which the rider is competing.

GMA members benefit from access to the local championship and local events. Any person without a membership will not be allowed to participate in any of the events organized by the association. All members are also covered by insurance.

All members may be requested by the association to help with the setting up of an event and/or the running of an event (as a marshal).

​

Member riders competing in the annual motocross championship are divided into classes (Class A, B, C, and D) based on their knowledge and skills of motocross. Riders can then progress from one class to another through their ability and progress achieved before reaching Class A.
